Because the apartments are located in the middle of the historic old town of Rhodes, they are not accessible by car.
It is recommended to take a taxi to "Simi Square" and use the free electric transport from the city of Rhodes.
If you come by car, the car can only be parked outside the city walls of the Old Town and you should take into account a walking time of 5 to 10 minutes.
For arrivals outside normal times, our floor manager can be contacted to discuss the possibilities.

Before you settle in, we would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our vacation rental. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. Our vacation rentals are designed for short and long term renting. Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your security deposit.
House Rules for Check-in / Check-out
1) The apartments are rented daily. They can be entered from 3 PM at the beginning services and must be vacant till 10 AM at the end of the services day, unless the contract provides otherwise. Exceptions can be made if there are odd arrival times. Depending on the arrival time an extra check-in fee of € 25 could be requested.
2) Occupation of the apartments after 12 (noon) is going to be charged for the next day rent at regular prices, unless the inability to vacant apartments at scheduled time is due to the fault of To Rodi Apartments.
3) For extension of stay, over the scheduled date, it is necessary to inquire about availability of the apartments. Inquiry is made at To Rodi Apartments email address info@torodiapartments.com.
4) Each guest is required to report his stay in the apartments, with appropriate and relevant documents (identity card or passport).
5) The guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, clean, tidy and undamaged. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out.
6) At check-out the operational manager will perform a check on inventory, and if there is anything missing or damaged the guests will pay a replacement fee based on the inventory checklist.
House rules regarding Guests versus Visitors
1) In the apartments only guests who are registered for accommodation can be accommodated. If there is a person in the apartments who is not registered (not including persons who come to visit the guests), the guest is going to be charged an extra 30% of the daily price for all the days in the apartments.
2) It is allowed to have visitors in the apartments during the day and evening, if house rules are respected.
3) It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.
4) Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee of 30% of the daily price for all the days in the apartments.
House rules regarding cleaning
1) It is forbidden to throw food and other debris in the sink, toilet and through the windows. Because of the narrow sewer system on the island it is not allowed to flush toilet paper or any other sanitary products or baby wipes through the toilet. A bin is placed next to the toilet.
2) Garbage must be placed in the dumpsters outside. Do not leave trash on your porch or in your apartment. Please take pride in the appearance of your apartment and in the entire area around the apartments.
3) We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and of course you would like to have a clean apartment. Upon request, but maximum once per week, the apartments can be cleaned with a supplement of € 50 per cleaning round. Our staff will perform a full cleaning including change of bed linen and towels.
4) Bed linen and towels are always cleaned by a professional laundry. If you need a replacement of towels and bed linen within the normal cleaning rounds (which are upon request), there will be a supplement of € 10 per round of extra replacement of bed linen and towels.
5) You’re welcome to use the washing machine, but just make sure that you don’t overload it. For the use of the washing machine we provide washing liquid for both colour and white wash. We request our guests to only use the washing liquids that are provided by the staff (brand = Ariel). If there is a shortage of washing liquid, please inform our staff.
House rules for appliances
1) Guests are obligated to rationally use energy and water, according to their needs (turn off lights and other electrical consumers when not needed, close windows and doors in apartments or rooms when using air conditioner).
2) To Rodi Apartments provides a Nespresso coffee machine (including some welcome cups), and a water cooker to prepare hot water, tea or other warm drinks. We request our guests to NOT use tap water for the machines, but only bottled water.
3) When leaving the apartments, guests are required to: close all windows, check if all water taps closed, turn off all electrical appliances in the apartments, turn off all lights, turn of the air-conditioning (!!!) and lock the front door.
4) Guests are obliged to carefully treat the amenities of the apartment as well as technical equipment and installations. Any damages made must be compensated.
5) In the hallway, you will find the electric panel. Please do not open it unless in the unlikely event of a power outage. If any electronical problem or power outage occurs please contact our Operational Manager immediately.
6) The guests are not allowed to move furniture and equipment in the apartments, or to touch electric or other installation without prior consultation and approval with authorized person from To Rodi Apartments.
7) It is not allowed to take out inventory from the apartments. In case of lost or damage of the key from the apartments, the guests are required to report to authorized person from To Rodi Apartments. Lost keys are charged extra € 30.
8) To Rodi Apartments is not responsible for the consequences of force majeure such as: cuts of water supply, heating or cooling in the building, non-functioning of Internet and cable television service due to technical problems of provider, power outages in the building, disruption of telephone lines and other possible damages which the owner of the apartment were not able to prevent or stop.
House rules regarding luggage / personal belongings
1) Guests are obliged to carry their valuables with them. To Rodi Apartments can not take them for safekeeping nor guarantee for them for objective reasons.
2) It is not allowed to carry in apartments easily flammable and explosive liquids and objects, things with strong or unpleasant smell, and electric devices that you didn’t get approval from To Rodi Apartments (Except computers and personal hygiene appliances).
3) It is not allowed to bring animals in the apartment. This includes visiting pets. Feeding of stray cats or dogs is prohibited.
4) In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests.
5) In the event of rain, please remember to close all windows.
House rules regarding smoking
1) Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartments. If smoking is detected the guest is obligated to pay an extra fee for thoroughly cleaning the apartment from cigarette odors. The price of the fee depends on the availability of the cleaning company to clean the apartment.
2) If you want to smoke, you may only smoke outside the apartments in the public square, but not in the alley between the apartments.
3) Use of any kind of drugs is not allowed. If our staff finds out that the rule of the use of drugs is not respected, the guest will be removed from the apartment without any obligation of the owner to repay the days that have not been spent. To Rodi Apartments can ask for police assistance, and all costs for removal will be charged on the guest.
Security rules
There is nothing worse than being the victim of crime when you are on a business trip or family holiday. Crime rate on the island of Rhodes is very low, but in any case you become victim of theft, robbery or burglary please inform our staff immediately.
1) To Rodi Apartments is not responsible for the consequences of force majeure such as: the disappearance / loss or theft of personal / valuables and technical goods in case of burglary, and other possible damages caused by burglary, robbery or theft, which the owner of the apartment were not able to prevent or stop.
2) Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults.
3) Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
House rules regarding responsible behavior
1) The guests are asked not to make unpleasant noise and to observe peace and quiet at the stairway of the apartments, particularly during the hours of day rest, in the period from 14:00 to 17:00 and during night time rest, from 22:00 to 09:00. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
2) Parties and loud music are not allowed.
3) To Rodi Apartments is entitled to cancel reservation and usage of the apartments if house rules are violated, and declare the guest as “the unwanted guest”.
4) In case of canceled reservation and usage of apartment because of violation of house rules, the guest is required to pay the whole rent price, no matter of his shortened stay.
